About Me
I am a qualified and experienced practitioner and manager with a great deal of experience in early years, childcare and training. I originally qualified in Early Years with the NNEB and have updated and expanded my qualifications with a BSc in Psychology and Combined Studies and an MSc in Psychology of Education. I also have management and training qualifications.
I began working as a freelance trainer and consultant in 1993 and have had the pleasure of working with many wonderful individuals and organisations. I have worked in Early Years and training for many years for local authorities, in the voluntary sector and for both small local and large national organisations.
I am privileged to have worked in and managed multi-disciplinary teams in a variety of settings. This year I have delivered training to a variety of practitioners including:

I have a great deal of experience in delivering, assessing and verifying a variety of qualifications having set up one of the first National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) assessment centres in London. I am still fully involved in the delivery, assessment and verifications of qualifications including those of the Qualification Credit Framework (QCF). I have trained, assessed, internally and externally verified a variety of qualifications including:
